Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education? We're looking for individuals who are eager to gain valuable experience in a school environment and make a positive impact on student development.

About the Role

This role is perfect for those considering a PGCE or becoming a teacher. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support children with specific SEN diagnoses, including Autism, Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) issues, various Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in the classroom, providing 1:1 or small group support to students.
  • Behaviour Management: Monitor and manage student behaviour effectively.
  • Student Engagement: Engage and motivate students in their learning journey.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) (preferred).
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Are passionate about education and creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Can effectively engage and motivate students.
  • Have the ability to manage classroom behaviour.
