About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the screening, planning, analysis, and development of new business ventures and divestments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Execution: Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, perform valuation of target companies, and evaluate business plans.
  • Negotiation and Structuring: Independently handle business proposals, develop negotiation strategies, and establish commercial terms for transactions.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including selecting, onboarding, and working with advisors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage overall stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal organizations, consultants, and potential partners.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with process stage gates and approvals, approve contract payments and variations within limits, and provide administrative direction and personnel management to assigned Business Development Analysts.
Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications: Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized and approved international program.
  • Experience: Ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in business development and transaction execution.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong background in transactions execution, extensive experience in financial valuation modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
