As a Front of House Team Member at Slim Chickens, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • • Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or through table service.
  • • Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • • Deliver food and drinks to guests with a smile and ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
  • • Assist with seating arrangements and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • • Handle payments and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • • Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • • Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
