Job Title: Debt Collection Specialist

The CRA Group Recruitment and Payroll Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Debt Collection Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our enforcement agents to collect revenue in accordance with legislation and service objectives. If you have experience of debt recovery systems, such as enterprise info@work and the OneStep system, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting revenue through efficient and effective means
• Maintaining accurate records of debtor cases
• Processing card transactions and other back office work
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:
• Essential experience of debt recovery systems, including academy systems and payment portal processing systems
• Experience working in the debt recovery industry, preferably with knowledge of the taking control of goods regulations 2014
• Strong call handling skills and ability to manage conflict well
• General education qualification

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work shift patterns. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
