**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. The successful candidate will provide care and support to a young lady with Autism and White Sutton Syndrome, enabling her to live a fulfilling and independent life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Assist with Peg/NG tube feeding and medication administration.
  • Document feeds, water, and medicine administered.
  • Dealing with difficult or challenging behaviour.
  • Medication administration.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving a mobility vehicle.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and repetitive behaviour.
  • Providing personal care and keeping records.

**Salary:** £26,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
