We are seeking an exceptional Lead Early Years Educator to join our client nursery in Maida Vale.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the team to provide a caring and educational approach to everything that happens in the nursery.

With many activities to choose from, the nursery offers a wide range of skills for children to learn.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with children, parents, and staff on a daily basis.

The nursery is based in a beautiful building with a large garden, providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A level 3 childcare certification or equivalent
  • Experience managing staff at a nursery
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to work in a patient and methodical manner
  • Catering for a range of children and skill levels
