Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data/Finance Administrator to join our team at EA First Compass House.

This is a varied role that combines data input, administration, and finance tasks to support the department manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritize effectively, and possess strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate financial data is provided on time.
  • Raising sales invoices and tracking metrics.
  • Reviewing KPIs and updating income estimates.
  • Reporting on revenue figures and monitoring incoming emails.
  • Logging contracts and rates, as well as notifying when contracts are due for renewal.
  • Assisting with resolving queries and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An enthusiasm for finance and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a hybrid working arrangement between home and office based near Ely.
