Resident Fellow Graduate Programme

At Sapientia Education Trust, we are seeking a highly competent graduate with great promise and a passion for education and childhood development to join our Resident Fellow Graduate Programme.

This programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering outstanding education and care to students in a state boarding school environment. You will be part of a structured training programme that will enhance your knowledge and skills across a breadth of areas, including academic support, pastoral care, and leadership development.

As a Resident Fellow, you will have the opportunity to apply your specialism to enhance the provision we offer our students and staff. You will be a positive role model for pupils and staff on a day-to-day basis, and will be able to collaborate effectively with staff, parents/carers, and students.

We are looking for a graduate who is able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills, and who is flexible and resilient in managing and executing daily responsibilities. Experience of working with children is essential, and a strong degree or equivalent qualification is required.
