Are you looking to start a career in estate agency? Do you have a solid background in customer service and a passion for property sales and lettings?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, registering new applicants, and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face.

As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property sales and lettings, and work towards achieving personal and branch sales targets. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, with access to market-leading training and ongoing professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Experience within sales and customer service
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
  • A full UK driving license
