**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to meet the needs of our students
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievements and behavior
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a strong partnership between home and school

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, and PGCE
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students

**Estimated Salary**: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
