{"The Opportunity": "We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join our team in Essex. As a Housing Support Worker, you will be working with ex-offenders to provide support and guidance in their transition to independent living.

Responsibilities:

* Provide emotional support and monitor the well-being of clients living within the supported housing services.
* Assist clients in their ability to conduct income management and assist them in their tenancy sustainment through various methods.
* Support service users in their general housing management, ensuring the properties are maintained to the client standards.
* Conduct support sessions with service users in line with the appropriate requirements.

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with business/commercial insurance for said vehicle.
* Experience in supporting clients/service-users with complex needs.
* Proactive and able to use their own initiative to manage a caseload.
* Previous experience or knowledge of social/supported housing processes.

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rates of £19.22 per hour (Umbrella).
* £0.45 per mile for travel between services.
* 3-month contract with potential for extension and/or permanence.
* Flexible remote working and social working hours.
* State-of-the-art IT equipment provided for all work.
