About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in supporting students with challenging behaviours. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone who is patient, resilient, and eager to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support to succeed in their learning.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, providing tailored support to those who present challenging behaviours due to a variety of social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the classroom, developing and implementing individualized support plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
