Celestar Corporation, a company that prioritizes employee well-being, is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the USSTRATCOM J2. This role involves providing Advisory and Assistance Services to enhance the Command's understanding of potential adversaries' strategic relocatable targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop all-source and SIGINT products to support the Command's OPLAN Annex B Priority Intelligence Requirements and Strategic Warning problem-set.
  • Coordinate with government representatives to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects.
  • Ensure products and analysis meet IC tradecraft standards, adhering to IC Directive 203, Analytic Standards, IC Directive 206, Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytic Products, and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Analytic Quality Framework.
  • Document analytic project status using the JIOC Production Tracker.
  • Review and provide feedback on IC reporting, advising the Government on source validation, re-tasking, and collector value.
  • Submit evaluations and feedback into the appropriate system of record, following formatting and content guidelines.
  • Maintain metrics on evaluations provided and note substantive comments.
  • Support an Object-Based Production model by producing new objects and modifying existing ones, as requested by the Government.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Command exercises, Integrated Mission Area Training events, and internal/external war games.
  • Conduct exchanges with governmental and commercial data analysts and modeling/simulation organizations/vendors to design and implement automated analytic techniques.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate 8 years of all-source analysis and production experience, including assessments of TTPs, CONOPS, and identifying potential system vulnerabilities.
  • Experience using the Reference Knowledge System and object-based production process, with at least 3 years in the U.S. SIGINT System.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
