This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Costello Medical as a Graphic Design Intern. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our Creative team with a wide range of design projects, from creating scientific posters to developing materials for exhibitions and events, as well as marketing content.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Creative team with design projects, including creating scientific posters, developing materials for exhibitions and events, and marketing content.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and ideas.
- Assist with the generation and execution of design projects.
- Develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum or expected 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio.
- Excellent technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, as well as a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in the generation and execution of creative concepts.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, in addition to working collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
