Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and risk management frameworks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage project finances, resources, and schedules, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Analyze and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • 3rd-level construction qualification, such as construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of construction safety protocols.
