Your main duties will involve:
- Providing guidance and oversight to Operations Managers to ensure full compliance with contractual specifications and deliver high-quality services.
- Managing operational compliance with company Business Management Systems, ensuring effective implementation of processes, policies, and procedures.
- Leading and developing direct-report managers, driving continuous improvement and professional growth through company performance management and appraisal processes.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to establish financial and commercial targets, overseeing and analysing regional and individual financial performance against budgetary goals.
- Maintaining comprehensive QHSE management across all areas of operations to uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
We offer a competitive salary range of £62,000 - £65,000 per annum (OTE up to £74,000 - £76,000 per annum), a car allowance of £650 per month, and a range of employee benefits including a company pension, healthcare, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave plus a day off for your birthday.
