Project Planning Specialist

Monroe International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Planner with experience working on large-scale Construction projects worth £300m+.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the project programme for the Superstructure, Facades and then Fit Out. They will also provide detailed and strategic inputs for all time-related matters.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Programming, planning, monitoring, reporting, feedback and mitigation measuring.
- Providing leadership for the planning and coordination processes and implementing and maintaining the requirements of the Project Business Plans.
- Ensuring that all programmes are compliant with the Project requirements and developing and agreeing a sequence of events ensuring that the most economical/advantageous construction strategy is adopted.
- Analysing performance and advising the project team of likely impact and recommending improvements.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with:
Major project experience, ideally on large-scale Construction projects worth £300m+.A good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar sector-related course, and/or CIOB Membership.Experience in contributing to pre-contact planning, work winning, and processes, producing a Bid Programme and associated time-related information as part of a tender bid team.Project planning experience and knowledge of strategic planning and project/programme management systems.Primavera P6 experience.NEC Form of Contract knowledge.Ability to analyse, collate, and utilise a range of data and information for reporting and forecasting, as well as setting 4D modelling for projects.Salary Information£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
