About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional support to clients.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets
  • Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Client Support
  • Oversee all aspects of customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
Market Insights
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Use insights to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
  • Strong technical understanding of biosensor technology and bioanalytical instruments
