Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to service users, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction, community integration, and participation in recreational activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A competitive rate of up to £14.50 per hour.
