Job Title: Project Manager Deputy - Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Deputy - Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Bundesverband Nachhaltige Wirtschaft. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in the execution of all tasks directly related to project monitoring and construction execution.
  • Assist in the oversight of the programme for design, construction, and commissioning activity for the works, ensuring quality of work and a safe site.
  • Monitor the progress of the works against the construction programme.
  • Manage key information requirements within the Project Agreement/contract documents.
  • Focus on the monitoring of the sustainability aspects of the project, including the delivery of a BREEAM excellent hospital.
  • Monitor equipment solution, energy solution, and achievement of the design & construction energy target (DCET).
  • Document control / communication.
  • Management of meetings, agendas, minutes, and action points.
  • Support liaison with consultants, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Diploma in either Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • OR At least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
