We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a leading manufacturer. As a key player, you'll be responsible for keeping our specially built machines in top condition, performing repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam-powered, and robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform magical repairs on machines to get them up and running again
  • Spot recurring issues and troubleshoot like a pro to eliminate pesky problems
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and get things up and running again
  • Schedule and complete regular Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
  • Help install, commission, and decommission new equipment
  • Work closely with production and external contractors to keep things running smoothly
  • Lead the way in Health & Safety, ensuring the site is safe and secure

What You'll Get Up To:

As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You'll be working closely with our production team to ensure that our equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
