Global Support Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Support Solutions Specialist to join our team at Vizrt. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all inbound cases raised by our customers across the globe, utilizing expertise and product knowledge to ensure timely and quality resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept all inbound customer contacts via various channels.
  • Prioritize case workload according to our global support priority process.
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions, working in partnership with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate cases where necessary to other departments.
  • Take ownership of individual performance to achieve KPI expectations.
  • Adhere to the Global Support Quality Framework expectations.
  • Manage handovers effectively and communicate with global support leadership.

Requirements:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years system administration experience in a support role.
  • Technical experience with Vizrt Mosart product is an advantage.
  • Experience in studio broadcast environment and equipment such as automation applications, video servers, vision switchers, audio mixers, routers, robotic cameras, and NRCS.
  • Good understanding of news studio workflow and video technology.
  • Experience in Windows and networking system administration.
  • Good investigation and troubleshooting logic.
