Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Client Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Corporate Financial Planners and Employee Benefits Team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses via email and phone.
- Deliver outstanding client service by maintaining accurate CRM records, updating clients on their schemes, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare reports for Financial Planners and process new business applications on third-party platforms.
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and sorting post.
- Strong experience with MS Office products and a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C), including Maths and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- A flexible and proactive approach, with experience as an administrator or a strong desire to work in financial services.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change, with a proven ability to produce accurate and timely information.
