About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Southwest Sydney. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting participants aged 65 and over in maintaining their independence at home.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a caseload of participants
  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders, and staff members
  • Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks and billable targets
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports
  • Driver's licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
