About the Role
As a skilled Lead Kitchen Fitter with Halo Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects throughout the UK, including Cornwall and East Anglia.
This is an employed position, and we provide van & tools for your convenience. You will be expected to live near Oxford or within a 25-mile radius due to regular travel requirements.
Job Description:
Halo Personnel seeks an experienced Lead Kitchen Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will lead kitchen installation teams on-site, ensuring high-quality finishes and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen installation teams on-site, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Work closely with Halo Personnel's operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Kitchen Fitter or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
