We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Relevant postgraduate experience in project engineering or a related field.
- HNC or above in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Member of (or working towards) Association for Project Management (APM) or suitable equivalent professional membership.
- Proven experience of leadership of complex projects in a project engineering management role.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Proven experience of schedule management, risk management, commercial / contract management, and conflict management.
- Proven ability to manage budget and direct project controls.
Salary:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
