Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Company Overview: Core Technical is a leading provider of facilities maintenance services to various industries across the UK.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks at various sites, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks at assigned sites, including repairs, replacements, and servicing of plant, fixtures, and fittings.
- Update legal compliance documentation via a tablet to a high standard.
- Participate in a callout rota, providing emergency maintenance services as required.
- Organize housekeeping tasks and arrangements to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the general building services industry.
- Recognized electrical qualification.
- Test and inspection qualification (desirable).
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work overtime regularly to satisfy contracts.
- Good communication and basic understanding of IT.
