Financial Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager to lead a dedicated finance team on a fixed-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to drive business growth.
- Oversee and review budgets for each business department to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions.
- Establish and maintain financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Develop plans for financial growth and analyze market trends to maximize profits.
- Supervise a team of accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Examine financial reports and data closely to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Hold AAT qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills.
