We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our shared service team at Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing HR and Time & Attendance functions, ensuring accurate payments, data maintenance, and advising on HR policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overtime, absence, and annual leave
  • Process payroll data changes and verify payroll runs
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and managing leaver payments
  • Maintain employee data security and respond to data requests
  • Provide backup support and handle DSARS

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High visual accuracy and good communication skills
  • Organizational skills and technical aptitude with HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Numeracy skills and basic payroll knowledge
