Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end release process of Salesforce applications, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve release processes to enhance efficiency and reduce deployment risks.
  • Collaboration: Interact with technical architects, delivery managers, and developers for planning, configuration, and leading Salesforce releases.
  • Cloud Application Development: Implement, design, and support Salesforce-based cloud application solutions for internal business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce enterprise experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce environment strategy & DevOps.
  • Must possess Salesforce Platform Dev 1 & Admin certification.
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise around SFDX, Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packaging.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as NodeJs, Shell, or similar for automation tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce security architecture.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Salesforce APIs, Lightning Development (LWC).
  • Experience working within an Agile development framework.
  • Experience with enterprise integration frameworks (experience with event-driven integration patterns and working knowledge of AWS is a plus).
