Everpool is hiring an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our team in Conwy, Wales.

• This is a full-time, permanent position available with a salary range of £45,000 to £65,000 per annum.

• The ideal candidate will have 5 years of PQE and experience in residential property law.

The selected candidate will advise clients on residential property matters, prepare and review conveyancing documents, and collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional results.

• A qualified solicitor/conveyancer with 5 years of PQE.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and its applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
