Main ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care to meet individual client needs.
- Day-to-day management of the client base, including deployment, supervision, and teaching of Care Team members.
- Participating in an on-call rota system to provide telephone support for care staff and families.
- Managing a team of Carers and taking a proactive role in the education and development of staff.
- Liaising with the Julias House Care Team and statutory and voluntary agencies involved with Julias House clients' care.
