Senior Primary Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Thameside, a category B Prison in South-East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support registered nurses in implementing care plans and promoting safe patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of the Primary Care team and the wider Health in Justice service

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an annual salary up to £50,400, depending on experience. You will work a combination of twilight and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
