- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to child protection
- Manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet the needs of children and families
- Prepare and present court reports, providing clear and concise information to inform decision-making
To succeed in this role, you must be a Qualified Social Worker with HCPC Registration and a Degree Level education. You will possess a strong understanding of therapeutic approaches, relevant legislation, and national policies, as well as hands-on experience in working with Children and Families. Eligibility to Work in the UK and prior experience in Children's Safeguarding or Children Safeguarding Team are essential.
