Senior Business Development Consultant

As a Senior Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud solutions for start-ups in the EMEA region. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage our technology and consulting partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams and technology and consulting partner channels.
- Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
- Work with Marketing to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
- Own the GTM strategy and execution for Analytics, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
About the Team
You will be part of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) start-up team, where you will work with the most promising start-ups to help them adopt our newest and most advantageous technologies. You will be a Technical Business Developer that helps start-ups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS.
Requirements:
- Extensive GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience.
- Relevant technology domain experience in data modeling and warehousing, data lakes, data integration and ETL process, and big data technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Product, BD, or Sales Executive capacity.
- Established track record of building rapport with Startup executives and closing strategic deals.
- Familiarity with open-source software used by Startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
