Job Title: Senior Business Administrator

BlueVoyant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage administrative duties and office procedures
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and make arrangements for office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support to employees, including greeting visitors and handling administrative tasks
  • Assist with contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Manage asset inventory and address employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Answer phone calls and manage call answering services
  • Book travel and accommodation, and arrange for shipping and general office errands
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Office Administrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
