• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leadership and management.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including architecture, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role will be based in our Canary Wharf office.
