Healthcare Regulatory Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Regulatory Advocate to strengthen our team and provide expert representation in professional regulatory final hearings.

This highly regarded team advocates in complex and impactful regulatory hearings, playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity and standards of healthcare professions. Our ideal candidate will bring strong advocacy skills and regulatory expertise to represent healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies at final hearings.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Advocate with strong credentials in regulatory law.
  2. Proven experience in professional regulatory hearings, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  3. Strong advocacy skills with a track record of successfully managing complex regulatory cases.
  4. Excellent analytical and legal research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in healthcare regulatory final hearings.
  • Prepare and review case documentation, including evidence, witness statements, and legal submissions.
  • Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients, guiding them through regulatory processes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, healthcare organisations, and legal representatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulatory laws, procedures, and precedents.
