Senior Process Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our team at IC Resources in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cleanroom processes and procedures, with a focus on process improvement and yield optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining cleanroom processes and procedures, as well as monitoring and maintaining cleanroom equipment. A strong understanding of semiconductor process technology is essential, including thin film deposition, photolithography, and etching processes.
In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A PhD degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
