Special Educational Needs Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons for students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with support staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
  • Provide feedback to students, parents, and school leadership on student progress and development
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
  • Training in specific interventions for students with SEN
