Job Description:

This casual position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and promoting independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care, tailoring support to meet the individual's unique needs and goals.">
  • Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.">
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in support roles, preferably with individuals with similar needs. Relevant qualifications or skills are also desirable.

Working Conditions:

">

This position requires flexibility, with variable hours ranging from 1-15 hours per week. A clean driving license and ability to use the employer's car safely are essential.

Estimated Salary:

">

Around £14.25 per hour, based on a salary range of £12.00 to £18.00.
