About the Role: McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team at our esteemed Williamson Court development in Lancaster, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a thriving community of active and independent older people, providing them with the support and care they need to live their best lives.

About You: We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people. You will have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team. A QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to residents
