Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to further develop their career within a dynamic and growing organisation. Our client, a multi-disciplined Structural Engineering practice, is seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, relevant industry experience, and a good knowledge of current building standards, analysis, and codes of practice. They will also possess strong project management skills, a sense of humour, and be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

The role involves project management of building projects, providing complex survey and structural investigations, building adaptation/party wall, CDM advice, and expert witness services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, primarily residential and commercial buildings, in all forms of materials.
