Footwear Photographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Footwear Photographer to join our team at Arne Clo Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating high-end images that showcase our brand's identity.

• Collaborate with other photographers to evolve the aesthetics of our imagery
• Plan and develop creative concepts for our product images
• Communicate effectively with the creative team to establish clear goals and adhere to style guides
• Work flexibly to meet the needs of our studio and location shoots
• Apply your technical skills to create visually appealing images using elements like leading lines, layers, symmetry, and color
• Sources backgrounds, props, and settings to achieve key styles
• Styling and placement of product, with a strong understanding of lighting to achieve any style briefed
• Excellent Photoshop skills to elevate images to meet our standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, listen actively, and respond to feedback
• Organized and strong time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks on time and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through problems as a team
• Familiar with and able to troubleshoot equipment and software used in the studio

• Degree in photography and/or minimum 3+ years of experience in a studio environment
• Strong photography portfolio demonstrating knowledge and techniques of digital photography and lighting
• Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting
• Highest technical proficiency in PhotoShop (Mac), Capture Pro, and networked computers
• Good understanding of color correction and image constraints
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet creative deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently, and build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Detail-oriented

We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.
