Podiatrist Healthcare Manager

TOTALLY is seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team in a Senior role. As a Senior Podiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients within our HMP setting, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Accountabilities- To assess and treat patients who qualify for podiatry services, determining clinical diagnoses and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- To maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
- To provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting best practices and professional development.
- A postgraduate qualification in podiatry or a related field.
- Evidence of relevant experience within podiatry, including advanced techniques such as nail surgery and biomechanics.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- An estimated salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
