Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic care and support to individuals with complex disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and participate in their community.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning, to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Support individuals with their finances, medication, and wellbeing, ensuring they have access to the resources they need.
- Encourage and facilitate social interactions, outings, and activities that promote a sense of community and belonging.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare teams and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of individuals with complex disabilities.
- Caring and empathetic approach, with a focus on empowering individuals to make their own choices and decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.
