About the Role:

Broadwick Live is seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales and events strategy across our venues. As Head of Sales and Events, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver successful sales strategies, ensuring all sales targets are achieved and KPIs are constantly monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our venues.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Manage and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with Broadwick Live policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
