We are seeking a talented Corporate Transactions Associate to join our team at Buckden Partners. With a focus on the European healthcare and consumer sectors, this role will involve working closely with leading FTSE 100-250 companies to structure and execute high-profile corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client presentations and build financial models to provide insightful analysis and support deal execution.
  • Analyse and project clients' financing needs, leveraging expertise in the banking industry to identify potential opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with clients, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  • Draft internal memos, support know-your-customer (KYC) processes, and handle various ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of transactions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Experience:

  • A minimum of [£60,000 - £80,000] per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Client-focused with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, able to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking industry, with expertise in modelling and data presentation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enabling effective communication with international clients.
