About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned vehicle technician manager to lead our nationwide Autocentre business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward our established operation, while developing and implementing strategies that support the growth and success of our business.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the development of our automotive operations, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
  • Work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of vehicle technicians and other support staff.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership or management role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
