We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Plough Dover, part of the Beefeater brand.
About the RoleAs a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
- Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
- Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
- Having an eye for detail, high standards, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Showing passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
We want you to be the best you can be, and we'll provide you with the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively. You'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
